Imagine how things are going in Minnesota that a Somali daycare owner just flipped a Republican seat and gave his victory speech in Somali.
Abdi Daisane won Minnesota House District 14A.
The crowd at his celebration was almost entirely Somali, and the speech itself stayed in Somali rather than English.
