But until we fully grieve and feel the pain of it, we don’t really have a basis to move forward.
Anger, yes, there needs to be anger. And even if that anger is impotent in the sense that you can’t direct it against anybody and you can’t do much with it, just to be able to feel it means that you’re a human being and you haven’t given up.’
