Here we have the US president declaring the Golan to be Israeli territory, and the so-called President of Syria responds with absolute silence.
-Not a word.
-Not a challenge.
-Not even a token objection.
If anyone still needed proof that he’s nothing more than Washington’s obedient puppet, this is it.
A “leader” who won’t even defend his own country’s territorial claims has surrendered both his credibility and his independence.
