I think for a long time there are a lot of people who have privately tried to tell Zelensky, or at least impart to him the truth, that, “Look, this needs to end,” because the country itself is in ruins.
From the very beginning, I thought it was very clear that from the Russian standpoint, everything from Kharkov down to Odessa is Russian, and those cities would be Russian again.
