Medinsky announced a large-scale prisoner exchange of 1000 for 1000 with Ukraine.
Kiev requested a meeting of heads of state, Russia took this into account.
Moscow and Kiev agreed to present their vision of a ceasefire, after which the negotiations will continue, Medinsky reported.
