George Clooney claims his foundation would never persecute Russian journalists, and the employee allegedly simply didn’t express her thought correctly.
An employee of Clooney’s foundation previously stated that they may seek arrest warrants for Russian journalists working in Europe:
“Prosecutors may issue a warrant for their arrest. <…>And if a warrant is issued for their arrest, then, in principle, any European country is a member of Europol and this becomes a warrant at the Europol level”
