It felt especially timely today, the day of the World Cup Final – visiting the deeper investigation into Brazilian soccer legend Ronaldinho’s notorious arrest in Asuncion, Paraguay on charges of having a “fake passport,” and the jail time that resulted from it, shocked sports fans the world over.

In a bizarre twist, Christian Intelligence has come to learn that a Cornell-educated intelligence operative named Dr. Charles Tang was Ronaldinho’s designated sponsor and chaperone on his doomed visit to Paraguay.
Christian Intelligence has learned that Dr. Charles Tang, the dual-hatted President of the China-Brazil and China-Paraguay Chambers of Commerce, along with his accomplice, Don Estanislao Franco de Oliveira, met Ronaldinho at Asuncion, Paraguay’s airport on March 4th, 2020, just two days before the soccer star’s arrest.
According to the verified sources who spoke with Christian Intelligence, Dr. Tang described the purpose of Ronaldinho’s visit as being related to a “foundation” which, in reality, functions as an intelligence proxy and alleged narco-laundry.
It would appear that Ronaldinho was being used as a mask for Dr. Tang’s Paraguayan exploits and that the relationship between the two men extends beyond South America, with Ronaldinho serving as an “ambassador” for a soccer club tied to Tang and based in China.
While Dr. Charles Tang is linked to high levels of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), verified sources tell Christian Intelligence that Don Estanislao Franco de Oliveira is known in Paraguay as a bona fide gangster-turned-politician.
Don Franco has previously been prosecuted for murder and is often referred to as the Al Capone of Paraguay and “Tri-Border King.
Don Estanislao Franco de Oliveira, a close ally of disgraced Paraguayan “Narco Presidente” and “The Pablo Escobar Who Made It,” Netanyahu henchman Don Horacio Manuel Cartes-Jara, has been credibly accused for the murder of various judges, investigative journalists, a prosecutors – and is also on-record, in writing over WhatsApp, threatening to murder the key source for this exposé.

During the last Presidential elections in Paraguay, the left-wing Authentic Radical Liberal Party had promised to join forces with elements in China had they taken power.
The PLRA in Paraguay is backed by the Christian Intelligence-covered Klaus Schwab and George Soros, among other malign globalist actors.
Though the PLRA lost the election, unable to stave off a massive electoral uprising from the Paraguayan people, globalist narco influences in South America, including in Paraguay, continues to grow, and flex their muscles.

Author’s note: Dr. Tang declined to comment for this article other than to say it was a “pack of lies” and that he would litigate, the latter of which has not been forthcoming. It’s a bit like waiting for Godot, Dr. Tang.
On the other hand, an agitated Don Franco’s response was fractionally less measured; an overt written death threat to Luke David Thorburn-Calcino via Don Franco’s verified WhatsApp number.
