Senator Amy Klobuchar (D-MN) lashed out at the crowd during a Minnesota gubernatorial forum on Wednesday when she got heckled for claiming she’s “long believed” in a strong border and working with law enforcement.
Klobuchar shared the stage with Republicans Lisa Demuth, Mike Lindell, and Kendall Qualls during the Farmfest governor panel ahead of next week’s primary election. Klobuchar is the presumptive Democratic-Farmer-Labor nominee.
During the forum, Klobuchar had a moment of frustration when she was jeered for claiming she’s pro-border security and pro-law enforcement.
“I’ve long believed and supported funding for order at the border, and I have worked well with law enforcement in Minnesota for years,” Klobuchar said before as hecklers in the crowd began screaming and laughing at her.
“Wow, wow,” she fired back at her hecklers out of annoyance.
“I ran the largest prosecutor’s office in the state, and was endorsed by police many, many times. So don’t,” she continued before railing against ICE for the death of Renee Good and Alex Pretti, the two violent leftists who were shot and killed by agents.
“None of my opponents on this stage condemned what ICE did. Not a word, not a word. Two innocent people were killed, shot in the back. We had many people arrested when they weren’t supposed to be arrested, and we all know that. And we need reform to ICE,” Klobuchar said.
She then claimed that due to the funding levels of ICE, they’ve become bigger than the FBI and the Marine Corps, and demanded that the money instead go to free housing, free healthcare, and free childcare.
“I did not support that. I think that 70 billion extra dollars should go to you for your health care. That money should go to you for your housing, and it should go to you for your child care,” she yelled at the crowd.

President Trump has endorsed Mike Lindell in the race for Governor. Trump has described Klobuchar as a “lightly respected” Senator and “equally as incompetent as Walz, and probably equally as corrupt in that.”
