The People’s Revolution behind new rally in wake of March for Australia concerns

THE March for Australia rally may be abandoned in favour of another event, after it was revealed that the National Socialist Network aka the “white nationalists”, were handed control of the rally by “a young South Australian bloke” who floated the idea on Tik Tok.

Joel Jammal, an organiser of the major Canberra protest, announced his support for an alternative rally to be held “mid September”. Organisers include Tristan van Rye of The People’s Revolution who will announce a firm date after August 31st.

“They are organising a rally for mid-September, a couple of weeks after this one, that’s properly done, that’s got proper messaging, it’s got credible people that are actually going to be speaking at the rally,” said Jammal in a Facebook post.

“I’m going to be getting behind that one, not this (August 31st) one because of the lack of information on this, but I’ll leave it to you guys … and I leave the information in your hands to do what you will … it’s an unfortunate situation but this is just what I found.”

Jammal said his group had spoken to the young South Australian, whose Tik Tok video got 1.5 million views, but was little more than an idea, with no planning around it. He was approached by the NSN, handed the rally idea over to them and then.

As reported by Cairns News earlier in the week, the NSN set up a website with links for volunteers, but announced no speakers or other details other than to say “White Australians must assemble on August 31st against the traitors and foreigners who are trying to destroy our great nation”.

However the August 31st event has already attracted predicable bad publicity from leftist groups and mainstream media. “The event is being promoted by a number of far-right and white nationalist accounts on social media,” reported News.com.au.

“The protests are also being promoted by a number of First Nations sovereign citizens. Sovereign citizens are a fringe, anti-government legal movement who erroneously believe laws and regulations have no jurisdiction over them.

“In Australia and New Zealand, there has also been a growing link between sovereign citizen and Indigenous land rights movements,” News.com.au reported.

“Triccy” Van Rye posted on Facebook that TPR was originally willing to get involved and help with the plans for the March on August 31 “but it turns out to be run by self-proclaimed white supremacists, neo Nazis and racists, as this video sent to us clearly shows. Extremely disappointing.

“The People’s Revolution has nothing to do with the events on August 31 and we are steering clear.

“We are in discussions with other reputable people and groups from around the nation and have agreed to work together to put on monster marches in every capital city next month, for all Australians – next month, so as to not interfere with the White Supremacist March – they can have August 31.

“This post is not to cause division – the division was created when the self proclaimed white supremacists made this a white only march … watch the video! But it is important that everyone knows what they are walking in to.

“So keep the momentum going, share the news and we look forward to seeing you next month. We will wait until after August 31, to share the date of the march.”
