SENATOR Ralph Babet is treading on dangerous political territory, posting a link on social media to a Candace Owens video that leaves no doubts about Owens’ suspicion that Erika Kirk is somehow implicated in her husband’s death.
Senator Babet posted a screenshot showing Charlie Kirk’s messages shortly before his death, in which he states: “Jewish donors play into all the stereotypes. I cannot and will not be bullied like this. Leaving me no choice but to leave the pro Israel cause.”
The Senator’s only comment is “What do you make of this?” Then in the comments section of his own post, Babet posts a link to Owens’ episode 305 titled: “Here’s why it’s time for police to question Erika Kirk.”
Owen’s episode 305 sums up an apparent litany of lies fed to her and the public by TPUSA staff and Mrs Kirk herself. If she had been assassinated, says Owens, and her husband fed a constant stream of lies to people, he would be charged and behind bars already.
And now that the “dedicated mother” Erika is TPUSA CEO, she is doing what Lyndon B. Johnson did after the JFK assassination – changing all the policy settings.
In TPUSA’s case, the prominent Zionist Ben Shapiro was the featured speaker right after Mrs Kirk’s appearance. Owens points out that Kirk made it clear that he was finished with the Israel lobby.
Mrs Kirk also lied about fulfilling her husband’s plans for TPUSA. Kirk ordered a Doge-style audit of the organisation on September 2 and eight days later he was assassinated. Mrs Kirk has now dumped the audit.
And questions are also being asked over the finances of TPUSA. Project Constitution has noted that Lori A. Frantzve, mother of Erika Kirk (née Frantzve), runs a decades-old tech firm with expertise in accounting software and audits, that might hold the key to unraveling a potential web of financial impropriety.
“Charlie Kirk wasn’t just TPUSA’s founder; he was its firebrand soul. On September 2, 2025, he fired off a bombshell demand for an independent audit, citing concerns over financial transparency,” the article notes.
“Eight days later, he was gone—killed in a controversial incident that’s still mired in theories of foul play. Enter Erika Kirk, Charlie’s widow, who stepped up as CEO amid whispers of donor pressure and internal power plays.
“But here’s the twist: Erika’s mom, Lori Frantzve, isn’t just a supportive parent. She’s a tech veteran with a history of building systems that could—hypothetically—make financial wrongdoing vanish into digital ether. Coincidence? Or calculated cover-up?
“Public records suggest the latter, fueling allegations that Lori’s know-how was leveraged to “rig” TPUSA’s books, hiding unethical transactions behind layers of software sophistication.”
The article goes on: “Flash back to 2003. Lori Frantzve was president, CEO, and chair of Intellimet International, an Arizona-based firm specializing in patented “Virtual Assessment” technology.
“Public patent records from the USPTO reveal a suite of inventions co-created by Lori and her team, focused on computer-aided audits, risk analysis, and—crucially—”accounting system integration.”
“These tools weren’t kiddie stuff; they handled everything from audit trails to compliance workflows, designed for Big 6 accounting firms (think Deloitte-level giants) and even military-grade processes.”
Fast-forward to 2022: Lori Frantzve joins the board of Superfeed Technologies, TPUSA’s for-profit tech subsidiary building voter apps and data tools.
Arizona Corporation Commission filings confirm Superfeed as a “Foreign for Profit” entity (Delaware-incorporated, AZ-registered), with Lori alongside TPUSA COO Tyler Bowyer (chair) and AZ RNC’s Lori Klein Corbin.
The article goes on to say TPUSA has pumped millions into Superfeed for app development, as per allegations from insiders like Candace Owens and leaked texts.
“Yet, IRS 990 forms for TPUSA (a nonprofit) sometimes report $0 in payments—despite revenue topping $85 million in 2023. No audits released post-Charlie’s demand. Superfeed’s “discounts” to TPUSA in exchange for board seats?
Classic conflict. Add rumored data sales to DHS, Israel, or Ukraine, and you’ve got a recipe for off-books profits. Kari Lake’s $100K+ gig there? More nepotism vibes.
“Public allegations of financial impropriety abound: Embezzlement whispers, donor dollars funding luxury homes, and shell entities. Treasury says no IRS probe (as of Dec 2025), but with Lori’s audit software background, could Superfeed’s systems be rigged to evade scrutiny?
“Family ties amplify the red flags—Erika as CEO, mom on the board. What donor wouldn’t question if this setup hides “wrongdoing” like unreported funds or kickbacks?”
