Half of the people taking on student loans in this country now expect to get their loans forgiven by the government at some point in the future. But really what that means is that you and I the taxpayer will be footing the bill for that also creates this narrative for young people that they never have to pay their debts. This is a dangerous step in the wrong direction for our economy.
