DANE Wigington, the man who runs Geoengineering Watch, has told Colonel Douglas MacGregor that weather modification technology is being used to enhance the current hurricanes hitting the south eastern corner of the US.
Wigington said he had spoken for an hour to state representatives and senators from North and South Carolina and shared information on how weather modification occurred. He said they agreed that it was not a natural event and “were trying to digest the fact that their states were literally under assault from weather modification operations.”
After widespread damage done by Hurricane Helene about a week ago across six US states, Florida is now bracing for an even bigger category 5 hurricane named Milton. Co-incidentally or not, a hurricane named Milton featured in a 2008 movie called Category 6: Day of Destruction.
And then there are the claims of articles appearing about a hypothetical hurricane called Milton. dated in June 2024, that was scrubbed but later found in the Wayback Machine files. It’s all starting to sound much like a military psyop involving “limited hangouts” to distract and confuse.
If there is any such operation, it’s objective is most likely to disrupt the presidential elections only three weeks away. The chaos created would supposedly allow election data hijinks in the six predominantly “red” (Republican) states of the south eastern US. North Carolina is also a key swing state.
The problem with that theory is that election rigging is more likely to be carried out in the six other key swing states where Democrats or anti-Trump Republicans run the counties and the voting centres.
Much has also been said on social media about apparent efforts by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to hinder relief operations being run by non-government groups like the Cajun Navy. FEMA has been accused of stealing “non approved” emergency goods and even arresting aid workers.
Jack Poseibic posted on X that MyPatriotSupply was having issues with partners unable to get supplies to North Carolina because they don’t have “FEMA permissions”.
There was also an incident involving an unmarked helicopter swooping over one of the private supply depots and carrying out a rotor swoop that sent tents and other light items flying. Another report said FEMA was tied up at the border and had no resources to send.
Infowars’ video on the cyclones presents the theory that the Nexrad weather radar network was somehow switched to HAARP mode to attract Helene further inland than a hurricane would normally travel. We have yet to see evidence of that, although Wigington assured the MacGregor that weather modification being in play was “inarguable”.
Alex Jones was also playing old 90s videos of his interview with an elderly ex-military officer who was involved in Project Storm Fury, in which US military aircraft seeded hurricanes with dry ice, in experiments over 20 years to gauge the effects of this. It was claimed that the intensity of hurricanes could be reduced by up to 10%.
Official media however, claimed the entire project failed to make noticeable impacts on hurricanes. Jones later followed up with Pentagon and CIA reports on weather modification, which stated very clearly that weather modification could be carried out. The US Army produced a report titled Weather as a Force Multiplier, outlining the techniques.
One such successful project was Operation Popeye, which involved cloud seeding in Vietnam in order to produce cloudbursts to wash out Viet Cong access routes. This was occuring from 1967 to 72 to around the time of Project Storm Fury.
But of course the US military would never run a harmful weather warfare operation against their own people, would they? In reality, anyone who knows anything about psychological warfare knows that this happened on a grand scale on 9-11-2001, during the joint military exercises known as Global Guardian and Vigilant Guardian, as acknowledged by Wikipedia.
Andy Hazelton, a physical scientist at the National Weather Service, said Tuesday (EST) afternoon’s bout of intensification of Milton was “pretty remarkable given the SST (sea surface temperature) just north of the Yucatan is ‘only’ about 28-29C. It’s actually about to move into even warmer water, 30-31C, over the loop current in the SE Gulf.”
But whether or not it took full advantage depended on the core structure and whether an eyewall replacement cycle (ERC) started. But the theoretical MPI or “speed limit” involved was “probably pushing the boundaries of what this basin/planet can produce”.
