Elon Musk responded late Monday night to the latest Democrat threat against him, telling Senator Alex Padilla to make sure his own house is in order before going after him.
“Investigate your wiener,” Musk wrote, trolling the California Democrat.
The Democrats have made it clear they intend to go after Elon Musk if they take the House or Senate this November.
Most recently, Musk is being accused of war crimes after he shut down Ukraine’s Starlink access after it was used by Zelensky to bomb Russia. “Using Starlink, a civilian commercial service, for offensive drone strikes to kill people has never been allowed, nor should it be,” Musk said in a recent statement, acknowledging that he cut Ukraine off and slamming Ukrainian President Zelensky as an “evil warmonger.”
So now, Democrats are targeting Musk and his companies, hatching plans to depose him over SpaceX, Tesla, and his work at the Department of Government Efficiency, Politico reports.
During a live show in Atlanta, Georgia, last week, the crew at leftwing publication The Bulwark discussed the Democrats’ plans to persecute Musk.
“This has a body count like a f*cking war criminal. We start with the US Congress, and it ends at The Hague for Elon Musk,” Jonathan Last said. “You’ve got $1 trillion, asshole? Great, you start spending it on lawyers.”
“There has been a series of meetings among House Democrats. Do you know what they’re doing? Yes. They’re carving up jurisdictions for who is going to subpoena him to testify before which of them for what,” he added. “Elon, you motherf*cker, you better pack a lunch because your ass is gonna be living in the Capitol starting January of 2027.”

Musk previously responded with an ominous warning on X, writing, “If they want to live by the sword, that is how they will die too,” The Gateway Pundit reported.
More recently, Former Labor Secretary Robert Reich called for Congressional Democrats to “Defund Musk” by stealing his businesses and nationalizing them.
Musk responded to his Communist demands, writing on X, “Stealing companies is a serious crime. Prison for Reich.”
Now, Senator Alex Padilla is chest-thumping on X, and Elon Musk just humiliated him.
Padilla wrote on Monday, “INVESTIGATE ELON MUSK.”

Musk further trolled Padilla, writing in response to Katie Miller, the wife of White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller, when she exposed Padilla for an illegal scheme to interfere with the 2020 election.
Republicans on the House Oversight Committee previously launched an investigation into then-California Secretary of State Alex Padilla for awarding a $35 million contract for efforts to increase voter turnout to a pro-Biden consulting firm that had close ties to the Biden presidential campaign. California State Controller Betty Yee rejected the contract and multi-million-dollar payment, but the firm, SKD Knickerbocker, still proceeded, leaving California with a massive debt to the Democrat firm.

“Awarding taxpayer money to a partisan firm with the potential to influence an election after the contractor has publicly advertised its work on behalf of a political candidate in that same election is a conflict of interest,” the committee argued. “This contract will undoubtedly provide a partisan firm the opportunity to use taxpayer money to influence the federal election. Additionally, there are serious questions about how the contract was awarded, whether the firm will have access to sensitive voter information, and if any of the firm’s employees affiliated with ‘Team Biden’ will be involved with the project.”
“Sounds like Alex P🍆 knows a thing or two about being investigated,” Musk said.
