TUCKER Carlson has upset the censorious Anglophile establishment by interviewing a revisionist historian name Darryl Cooper who dared to suggest that Winston Churchill was not really the white knight of World War 2.
Cooper upset the establishment when he admitted to “hyperbolically suggesting” that Churchill was the arch-villain of the war, adding that this did not mean that he was championing Hitler. But what probably upsets the establishment more is that Carlson dared interview an “anti-Zionist”, that is, Cooper is not a supporter of Israel’s war against Gaza and the the Palestinians.
Cooper recently did a 26-hour podcast series on Zionism and the foundation of the modern state of Israel, based on his entire reading of 80 books and some 1200 other books and academic research papers. This reading and research was done over years during his overseas work as a weapons technician with the US Department of Defense.
The historian also did a 32-hour series on the Rev. Jim Jones and the Jonestown Massacre based on his reading of what he says was literally every book on the topic. His research extended back to Jones’ storefront Methodist church in Indianapolis in 1953 and his integrationist activism.
On WW2, Cooper makes the case that British Intelligence knew it could not win against Hitler’s military machine and repeatedly rebuffed German attempts to be at peace with Britain. Neville Chamberlain, the British Prime Minister from May 1937 to May 1940, responded to the German overtures but was forever condemned as the weak peace lover who allowed the Nazis to invade Poland.
The two-hour broadcast has attracted more than 25 million views on X. Cooper, who hosts a podcast called Martyr Made, covered topics including Israel-Palestine, the Jonestown cult, mass immigration in Europe, in addition to World War 2.
“I think maybe I’m being a little hyperbolic maybe, but … I thought Churchill was the chief villain of the Second World War,” Cooper said. “He didn’t kill the most people. He didn’t commit the most atrocities. … He was primarily responsible for that war becoming what it did.”
Asked by Carlson to clarify, Cooper explained that Germany, led by Hitler, put themselves into a position when they went into the East in 1941 where they were completely unprepared to deal with the millions of prisoners of war, of local political prisoners and so forth.
“They went in with no plan for that and they just threw these people into camps and millions of people ended up dead there,” he said. Britain’s response under Churchill from 1940 was to send bombers on raids across Germany, deliberately fire-bombing civilian neighbourhoods and villages with the objective of killing as many civilians as possible. He even bombed the Black Forest to burn large areas of it.
Cooper described the bombing as “the greatest scale of terrorist attacks you’ve ever seen in world history”. Meanwhile British intelligence was running extensive media and propaganda operations in the US seeking to draw the Americans into the war. Much of this information came from a rare six-volume book series titled History of British Special Operations in the Second World War.
Churchill, says Cooper, was something of a psychopath, whose reputation as the head of the Admiralty had been seriously damaged by the disastrous Gallipoli campaign. He was also a drunk and as PM would be found in his room playing with war toys on the floor.
Churchill also supported the Zionist project, advocating for it as an alternative to Bolshevism in a revealing article he wrote, headed Zionism Versus Bolshevism published in February, 1920. A video commentary on the article has been banned by YouTube and the article is severely frowned upon by today’s establishment.
Regardless of this, Cooper says Churchill’s role in World War 2, or “Churchill versus Chamberlain” has become “the binary model, the chief rhetorical device for every conflict [the West] has wanted to get into since then”.
One of those to react was former Republican Congresswoman Liz Cheney, who stupidly condemned the episode as “pro-Nazi propaganda.” Ironically, Cheney’s father, former US Defense Secretary Dick Cheney, is a rabid globalist and neoconservative, who was a key player in the 9-11 conspiracy, an attack designed to justify an entire series of Middle Eastern wars as part of a Third Reich-like “Project for a New American Century”.
“No serious or honorable person would support or endorse this type of garbage,” Cheney wrote on X, reflecting the Washington deep state’s contempt for Carlson and other independent media that deviates from approved historical narratives.
