ROMANIAN government agents wearing masks have again raided the home of “online influencers” Andrew and Tristian Tate, who are being held indefinitely in the EU member country over as yet unproven allegations of child sex trafficking.
Just a few days after Tate and his brother Tristan appeared on Candace Owens’ channel, they were again escorted from their home in Bucharest to the offices of Romania’s “agency against organised crime”, DIICOT, for questioning. In March a Romanian court also ruled the brothers could be extradited to the UK for allegations going back to 2012.
Owen herself is also under fire from multiple fronts for raising the issue of Israel protecting thousands of exiled Jewish pedophiles who are somehow immune from extradition from Israel. The matter of Israel harbouring pedophiles was actually raised in mainstream media, including the Jerusalem post, back in 2020.
According to the BBC, Andrew Tate “was already awaiting trial for rape and human trafficking, but could potentially now face additional charges of sex with, and trafficking in, underage persons, as well as money-laundering and attempting to influence witnesses, prosecutors say.”
Owens is saying in effect, it’s all a stitch up because three of the alleged women trafficking victims have disassociated themselves from the allegations, saying they are not victims. “They are looking for the victims for this case,” she said on her latest podcast.
Meanwhile, and not mentioned by the BBC report, Owens said the Tate brothers had launched a defamation lawsuit in a Florida court against the alleged “victim zero” in the case, a woman who accused Andrew Tate of imprisoning her in Romania.
Andrew, 37, and Tristan, 36, will argue in court that the woman engaged in a plot to extort money from them, said Owens. The woman accused the brothers of human trafficking and rape, an accusation that resulted in the current ongoing harrassment by Romanian authorities since their detention in December 2022 and house arrest that lasted until August 2023.
None of this was mentioned in the latest BBC report, except to say “Andrew and Tristan Tate, who have a massive following on social media, have denied all previous charges against them”.
According to a statement from DIICOT, the special prosecution service of the Romanian Organised Crime Directorate, four houses were searched on Wednesday morning in the capital, Bucharest, and in Ilfov county.
“Two police officers, who both had their faces covered by balaclavas, were seen carrying heavy sacks into the same building – presumably with items taken during a search of the brothers’ home and other properties,” the BBC reported, insinuating some serious misdeed.
Officers at DIICOT have 24 hours to question the brothers. After that, if they want to remand them in custody, they would have to bring them before a judge.
Their lawyer did not expect the brothers to be detained because their movements are already restricted as they await trial for other charges, including forming an organised crime group and human trafficking, again failing to mention that these charges have been hanging over the Tates for more than 16 months, and which are repeatedly mentioned by media as if there’s some serious substance to them.
Andrew Tate posted on X: “The Matrix is real. And they have a tried and true playbook. Slander is their number one tool and the process is the punishment. But unfortunately for them, Good always wins in the end.”
The Tates, of course, have upset the global liberal-left establishment by attacking feminist ideology and promoting their own version of “misogyny”, which led to them being previously banned from social media platforms “for expressing misogynistic views”.
The multi-millionaire Tate brothers are former kickboxers who have dual UK-US citizenship, and are accused of exploiting women via an adult content business, which prosecutors allege operated as a criminal group.
We have no reason to believe Owens is of bad character and backing the Tate brothers just because they (possibly) help fund her online business. Owens has proven herself a very thorough investigator and was one of the few Americans to publicly refute the popular story around the death of George Floyd. She also investigated and exposed the corrupt practices of Black Lives Matter.
