VARIOUS sources in the US are speculating that the Democrats are plotting to Install Kamala Harris as temporary president as part of a scheme to block the certification in January of President Trump. It’s highly unlikely, given the Bidens’ disdain for her.
The “legal” way of blocking Trump’s presidency would have to be done under the 14th Amendment of the US Constitution, Section 3 of which prohibits anyone who engaged in insurrection against the US from holding federal or state office.
However that would have to require a successful prosecution of Trump by the sham January 6th Committee through the US Department of Justice. The committee used highly selective evidence turned into a pompous and pontificating 845 page report to claim that Trump on January 6th, 2020, attempted to overthrow a “duly elected” President Biden and administration.
In fact Trump was desperately trying to find a constitutional way to challenge the process by which the Electoral College installed the new president so certain election anomalies could be investigated. Meanwhile the FBI ran a false flag operation involving provocateurs attacking the Capitol Building.
In March this year the US Supreme Court ruled that Section 3 can only be enforced by an act of Congress, according to legal scholars’ interpretations of the ruling. However with Congress now entirely controlled by the Republicans, that’s highly unlikely. And even if Democrats won the House of Representatives, that would inflame a nation that overwhelmingly voted for Trump.
Trump also faces sentencing on November 26th, by a New York Democrat donor and judge, Juan Merchan who oversaw the outrageous abuse of justice otherwise known as the hush-money trial.
The judge was the subject of an ethics complaint because of his daughter’s connections to the Democratic Party. One of the prosecutors, Matthew Colangelo, was also a Democrat insider.
What will more likely inflame the militant forces of the left in addition to the Democrat law machine is Trump’s plan for mass deportation of illegal immigrants. Groups like the ACLU have already pledged to fight deportations as have governors of Democratic states.
The scenario of Homeland Security SWAT teams raiding homes and workplaces will be fuel for media and riots organised by Antifa, BLM and other international leftist networks feeding on Soros handouts. These networks caused mayhem across the US in the summer of 2020 over the death of the heavily drugged “martyr” George Floyd.
The radical leftists will also be triggered by Trump’s pick of the hardliner Tim Homan, the former director of ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) as the so-called Border Czar. Homan will also be in charge of deporting illegal immigrants back to their country of origin.
Meanwhile Tina Peters, a former county clerk from Mesa County, Colorado, who was jailed for nine years for allegedly interfering with an election machine, says Colorado’s election has likely been compromised because 670 election system passwords have been publicly available on the website of the Secretary of State Jena Griswold since at least June.
Speaking from prison, Peters said she believed there were other passwords for dominion machines in other parts of the US. Griswold has apologised to the court clerk for making the passwords available. She referred to the video by CIA whistleblower Gary Berntsen detailing the role of the Venezuelan cartel in a global election rigging business.
Lara Trump and President Trump’s new chief of staff Suzie Wiles have also caught Democrats flipping votes at state and county levels in the key battleground states including Georgia, Michigan and Arizona.
On Friday, Michigan, with its Soros backed Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, added 26,662 unreported votes to its unofficial vote total from four counties after canvassers reportedly discovered the stunning discrepancies, Gateway Pundit reported.
Kent County, formerly a red county, discovered 13,795 unreported votes while Kalamazoo County, home to Western MI University and Kalamazoo College, discovered 6691 previously unreported votes. Calhoun County blamed their discovery of 4602 votes on a “software glitch.”
When northern Michigan’s Leelanau County’s results were first revealed, it looked like Democrats had won almost every race, which would solidify the belief that Democrats were able to turn the popular vacation community solidly blue.
But again, only days after the Nov. 5 election, 1574 unreported votes were discovered that had not been added to the original count, flipping almost every race thought to have been won by a Democrat to a Republican candidate.
