I spoke to a Hanson staffer last Friday and elaborated, at length to this lass about my governmental breach of contract concept, which is based on some learnings from good political sources and the question I out to former Victorian Upper House Member Simon Ramsay, who confirmed that, as I put it to him, “…the Constitution of this country is a legally and lawfully binding contract between the people and the government of the day…” was correct.
That is not bad, coming from a long-serving Upper House Member, and a welcome confirmation of the fact.
Said staffer also acknowledged that all parties are corporate, confirming the fact that all parties must become registered ASIC corporations in order to stand for election, this having been told to me by the wife of AustraliaOne main man Riccardo Bosi’s wife, several years ago.
ThenI elaborated on my breach contract idea.
I effectively told this staffer that the bottom line with all this is that if the governments renege on their service delivery obligations they will then be in BREACH OF CONTRACT and we can demand their resignations, no questions asked.
And the governments, state, federal and local councils are all in breach over health, the roads-as per the national potholed roads issue and the vast amount of money harvested in fuel excise, which could be viewed as criminal negligence, given the recent death of that Ballarat biker, and the numerous pothole-related incidents-and so on.
This staffer said she was going to watch my liability video on the weekend, to acquaint herself with the claims process outlined in that video-and if you watch it, or tap it, note the comment from the lass who said, quote:
@matildapoppy4606
I need to contact this man..to say thankyou…listening to his video on liability won me huge success with my dying mother and the government..anyone know how I can contact him please..I want him to know how much he helped me…”
That is high praise indeed, and especially as a friend I coached as to how to make his claim against my local council got paid out, with the insurer sending a rep to the final negotiation with him.
I suggested to her that Pauline call out the government for BREACH OF CONTRACT, Pauline and One Nation likely being exempt from that accusation simply because they did not know it-until I told them.
