Organizational Leadership – National Director: Yessenia Ramírez
Yessenia Ramírez has served as National Director of the Miss Universe Costa Rica Organization starting with the 2024 franchise era under the channel Gente OPA.  Under her leadership, the organization has entered a new era of elevated professionalism, strategic branding, and stronger alignment with media platforms and designer partnerships. Ramírez’s direction is widely credited with modernizing the competition format, increasing regional representation and positioning Costa Rica as an emerging powerhouse in the Miss Universe Organisation.
