Thunder: Memorandum Attack on the Crimean Bridge Sumy Offensive Accelerates Military Summary 2025.06.03
By Military Summary
This video describes the military situation in Ukraine on the 3rd of June 2025.
Here’s what others had to say:
@SuperLuky64
The Crimean Bridge, due to these hypothetical attacks, had previously been modified in the submerged part with mined fences, placed ten meters from the walls, to avoid damage. The drone hit these mines and exploded without causing any damage to the bridge, which is currently in operation.
@bumache
Zelensky doesn’t want the dead bodies as it means that pentions must be paid to the widows.
@OldGuy2-m4c
Ukraine is lashing out in rage as they lose the war.
@diomedecassar2244
The Russian Ministry of Defence did make a short statement. The attack was carried out in two waves where Ukraine used sea drones. Two drones exploded against the Bridge barriers causing no damage to the bridge. A third drone was destroyed. For precautionary reasons traffic was temporarily halted on the bridge while workers examined the structure of the bridge to see if it was still safe. Only superficial damage to the external coating of the bridge was discovered. So traffic was resumed soon after. The bridge drone barriers are being repaired and reinforced as we speak.
@mistman1977
Ukr now reduced to commiting terrorist attacks. It reeks of desperation, and a sign that it’s armies don’t have the strength to fight. All PR stunts that have no ability to change the course of the SMO. I do feel Rus needs to stop passing around, and put this to bed. Permanently.
@AchillesHeel-e7e
Marshal Georgy Zhukov the one who beat Hitler:
“We have liberated Europe from fascism, but they will never forgive us for it”
@bcc1955
Dima, there is zero possibility of Ukraine signing the agreement. Russia can simply say at later date that these terms have expired and here are the new terms. It is only a game at this point. The longer Ukraine waits the more harsh the terms will be. Frankly, it is obvious there will be no peace agreement in 2025 unless Ukraine truly “collapses”.
@tarwingrill4531
The Crimean bridge is used for both civilians and military, mainly civilian since Russia now has many other ways to supply the front directly. The bridges over the Dnieper are also used for civilian and military with the difference that every bullet, weapon, soldier, conon, tank, soldiers lunch to the ukraine front use these bridges. How come Russia in a very simple connection say that at every try to hit the crimea bridge, they will hit a couple of these Dnieper bridges. That has a logic, and will render ukrainian logistic hell.
@doraemon402
When Russia incorporated Kherson, it specifically states that the Kinburn spit was now part of Kherson region.
@greenjack5999
It’s apparent that Russia can’t control the Black Sea as long as Ukraine controls Odesa and Black Sea coastline.
Russia won’t stop until Odesa is in their control.
@Princip666
So it looks like the big drone operation that took over a year to prepare resulted in just a few old bombers destroyed and the operation that had to generate even more publicity after that resulted in minimum damage to the bridge. Meanwhile Russia is returning 6k stiffs to the sender and continuing to advance on all fronts.
@Antoward
The bridge is fine traffic is running over it now I think after only a few hours you could see traffic going from the Kerch side on the news.
@daniellabbe916
When it comes to Zelensky, all I think about is those Minsk agreements and that first meeting with Russia in Turkey in 2022 when they just stormed out of the meeting without signing the agreement, because Russian soldiers had moved away from the Kyiv region. I hope Russia doesn’t sign any agreement with Zelensky, instead, Russia should do good on its threat to not let Ukraine lick its wounds, but let Ukraine surrender unconditionally!
@EnricoduPlessis
Repeatedly playing footage of a Russian Lancet taking out a Ukrainian naval drone, and then telling us that the Russians still haven’t managed to find a way to deal with Ukrainian naval drones, is to say the least, contradictory.
@christopherwatkins9729
The Kinburn Spit is OBVIOUSLY an extension of Crimea… Even a six years age child can see this on a map !
@yoxat1
Kharkiv territory will be added into the next offer.
They know Zelensky will never accept the first.
They can add more territory annexed to Russia with each new proposal.
@saeedsalim5195
If Ukraine doesn’t want more territories to be included they should accept this offer or else lose more territories Simple.
@brianconnor7828
This weird attacks are not Ukrainian they are NATO forces of some sort as a distraction to keep Russian forces busy so they cannot take Sumy too quickly as part of peace deal as the migration of Sumy population to Kiev or similar would be disastrous for Ukraine as shortly Russia take Pokrovsk and other large cities and similar disasters for Kiev. Where do they put these people as Gas runs out?
@stupendas101
I think I just figured out the Russian Strategy: They are focusing on Sumy and Kharkiv regions because they know the area is essentially completely distroyed during the fighting. They will then exchange these regions for the 4 Oblasts that Russia will get as part of a settlement that will hopefully be less destroyed. This way Ukraine will need to spend billions to rebuild the returned areas while Russia will reduce what must be rebuilt. Personally I thing Russia should demand all 4 oblasts and Odessa and Kharkiv and all areas it currently liberated outside the 4 oblasts
@tagorechandmeah425
Russia is like a vast colossal warehouse packed with valuable assets. But there is a profoundly serious problem. There are not many caretakers or security guards in Russia to keep the warehouse safe and secured. On top of that the warehouse is encircled by bandit intruders from every possible direction and they are constantly planning, designing and executing one after another conspiracy to make a successful intrusion into the warehouse. In such circumstances how long do you think this warehouse will remain secured and intact? This is neither a pro-Russian nor an anti-Russian commentary, but only addresses a real issue and probably the most serious one.
@Lennart-wc1vr
Crimea in Ukraine is historically old Russian Ancetral land.
Katarina II annexed Crimea year 1782 and the peace treaty in Jassy year 1793.
Whith country has built up Ukraine?
All infrastruktur moderniserat agriculture sacrificed millions of People so that honey Ukraine can function.
@frank-y8n
The main point of the memorandum is that Ukraine accepts that it lost the war. After that come all the details like the elections, after which Russian forces can leave areas recognized as belonging to Ukraine. No need to leave such territories earlier.
@sebastianositran8000
Russia ask ukraine to retreat from the four annexed regions, don’t offer to withdraw his troops.
