The dam attack is unlikely to ba an example of inaccuracy. It is also unlikely to be an attempt to destroy the dam at all. It is more likely that buildings associated with the dam were being used for military purposes. Alternatively, something to do with electricity generation or supply was the target. The Russians have the capacity to destroy the dam if they choose to but, at this phase of the war, the river and the reservoir will be more use to the Russians as a trap for Ukrainian forces attempting to retreat from a major Russian advance. We have seen the Russians use rivers and dams in this way before.

The big explosion in Zelensky’ hometown is from his personal safe after the Russian drone hit it and all the gold could and bars were flying in the air.
