Starlink High-Profile Assassination Attempt: Massive Strike, A New Gamble? MS For 2026.02.06

By Military Summary

This video describes the military situation in Ukraine on the 6th of February 2026.

Here’s what others had to say:

@DavidSmith-ef4eh
Sounds incredible that Russia would rely on starlink. So much so, that I don’t believe it.

@sonnyjim5268
I believe nothing that comes out of the Ukrainians. They have lied every time throughout this war.

@davydacounsellor
With regards to the russian general, the yanks did the same to the Iranian generals during the peace talks last year before isreal attacked iran, same playbook all smiles then subvert the peace talks through violence.

@leezajac8098
Of course, without Musk´s Starlink, the Russian Army is completly lost. To me this sounds like Bullshit.

@wernerlischka7460
Starlink was used by the Russians as a convenient system for some long-range drones – never for internal comms – their battlenetwork does not use starlink but russian communication-satelites. it requires more power because of higher orbits. Please spare us the dumb bs of failing communications between the russian forces. It would be idiotic to base the communications of ones army on a service provided by an adversary. If the Russians were that dumb, they Ukrainians would be in Moscow today.

@tpnnetworks
Dima, Are you saying Russia never had any form of military communication before they started using starlink? Bro, you are now feeding us junks. That is not good for your brand.

@cliffordnelson8454
Could it be that the slowdown is not Russian military slowdown but slowdown of reporting given that those reporting on the war are gong on Starlink. The lack of activity may not be because the Russians are slowing down.

@DoubleG1488
I swear this guy has brain damage lol Russia has their own internet and communications systems and if theirs arent good enough theyll get help from China not fucking elon musk hahaha Dima take your meds you sound like a lunatic.

@spacemanspiff2601
Am I really expected to believe that the entire Russian Army is dependent on piggybacking off of Starlink for their communications? It’s preposterous.

@justinsnodgrass2818
6 months to restore comms? are you insane? they were doing it just fine for several years now…. this is the dumnbest cope i’ve seen in a while.

@oneilg8988
What satellite will the Russians use for the planned large scale attack Nima has alluded to? The Russians are fine. They have their own constellation of satellites. Stay tuned.

@mirzakibria744
Yesterday you said Russian can not use Starlink & they are in deep trouble. Now you say Russia struck inside Ukraine. How you change your statement so soon? Try to give authentic news, not by your imaginations.

@maurizioinnamorati5872
Are we to believe that the russian army wasrelying on an american infrastructure for communications on the battlefield? This sounds incredibly naive to the point of irresponsible on the side of the russians.

@Xcross40
Ukraine better run away from western democracies. This group brings nothing but misery for any country.

@Luke1959
So. I’m wondering, how the the Russians ‘communicate’ with the armed forces, before Elon sent Starlink to Ukraine? I find this whole ‘Russians had to stop attacks, because Starlink was disconnected from the Russian drone operators’ narrative total BS. The armed forces of Russia have their own forms of communication, they’ve got hundreds of their own satellites in orbit….they were the first country to PUT a satellite into orbit FFS. This is getting as bad as ‘the Telegraph’, reporting that “Putin is implanting neuro chips into pigeons, and controling them to spy”!!!

@orefilipovic8018
Trying to be first in some big discovery and sensations is Ridiculous and makes one look stupid. Russian troops using and depending on Stalink as main way of front omunications is beyond stupid.

@quantum.decoherence
Less video geolocations doesn’t mean less activity. If starlink was cut then there will be a delay, RUF likely used starlink to post stuff online. Not for operational capability, as they would be intercepted.

@lornamackay4069
If Russian or Chinese tech was able to shut Starlink down in Iran, why not also shut it down in Ukraine now that Russian forces can no longer use it?

@bill-nn1vp
Another Russian military blog, which supports the airborne special forces, tried to downplay the disruption, writing: “The Starlinks may have been shut down, but the backup communications are still there. The radios are working, and there’s communication between the positions.”

@mrphucyoo8281
The “pattern ” is that when there are talks the Ukrainians make up fantastical story’s,sacrifice manpower and equipment on rediculous adventures and talk loop da loop on tv! The pattern then continues by everyone never mentioning the pattern again after the same pattern shows us that it was all garbage and was again,a pointless exercise but that they will still follow the same pattern next time anyway!

@fryertuck6496
This starlink thing is BS. Russia doesn’t need it and they have the ability to turn it off for offensives.

@miloradvujicic1282
Russia must look for concentration Ukrainians troops and do surprise attacks.
