China confirmed that it will not participate in the “peace” conference on Ukraine in Switzerland, Reuters claims.
Beijing rejected the invitation because no one had met the conditions for Chinese participation.
Since Russia will not be present at the so-called conference, Beijing, apparently, sees no point in discussing any issues regarding Ukraine without Moscow.
