The Saudi Arabian government has announced plans to build a 400-metre-high cube-shaped skyscraper named Mukaab as part of its Murabba downtown plan in Riyadh, one of the “top 10 most livable cities in the world”.
They describe the Mukaab as a “gateway to another world,” complete with holograms that close you in to the “livable city,” and… flying dragons.
