On November 23, the EU and the G7 may agree on a price ceiling for oil from the Russian Federation at about $60 per barrel.
This was reported by The Wall Street Journal, citing sources.
The Russian mark of oil Urals in November is traded in the range of 83-92 dollars per barrel.
Moscow says it will not sell oil to countries that accept a price ceiling.
