Miss Universe Delegates Discover Strength and Grace Through Muay Thai in Phuket
Phuket, Thailand — November 12, 2025 — The 74th Miss Universe delegates embraced Thailand’s national sport today at Tiger Muay Thai, where they experienced firsthand the balance of strength and discipline that defines the beauty of Thai martial art, Muay Thai.
The session celebrated women’s empowerment through movement, as delegates learned the fundamentals of Muay Thai and its spirit of focus, respect, and resilience. With gloves on and hearts open, they kicked, punched, and moved with purpose. Some delegates tried Muay Thai for the very first time while others compared the techniques to boxing styles from their home countries.
Beyond the strikes and stances, the energy was electric, a reflection of their fighting spirit and fearless determination to take on new challenges. Each delegate showed that strength isn’t just physical; it’s the courage to keep learning, adapting, and giving your all to what lies ahead, and that is also the true spirit of a Miss Universe.
To keep the adrenaline going, the day continued with Hanuman World, an expansive rainforest adventure park featuring treetop walkways and zip lining.
For the evening, the delegates got to experience Siam Niramit Phuket, where they were transported into Thailand’s storied past through a breathtaking showcase of dance, music, and theatrical performance.
From traditional attire to everyday life in ancient Siam, the show brought the nation’s cultural heritage vividly to life. It was a celebration of Thailand’s enduring spirit. These experiences offered a powerful reminder that strength and beauty coexist most profoundly when grounded in culture and peace.
Through moments like these, the Miss Universe journey continues to inspire, uniting women from around the world in celebration of confidence and different cultures.
