ONE hundred January 6th political prisoners being released from US federal prisons have launched a multi-billion lawsuit against the US government departments over their brutal and unlawful treatment following the January 6th 2021 provocateured riot at the Capitol.
Overnight prison authorities at the notorious “DC Gulag” appeared reluctant to release the prisoners including Jake Lang, who managed to get his case dismissed. General Michael Flynn was among those waiting for the prisoners to be released. Initially, 15 were let go after being processed.
Former Arizona congressman and attorney Jeff Zink, now third in command at the US Department of Health and Human Services, has made himself available in Washington to prisoners seeking to join the lawsuit.
The J6 lawsuit could see those incarcerated getting $1000 a day for solitary confinement, a punishment meted out to a number of them. A fine of $5 million applicable under the Geneva Convention may also be applicable.
Lang, who has spent four years and five days incarcerated without a trial, was packed and waiting to be released when he was brutally swarmed and assaulted inside the jail by prison guards led by the notorious Lieutenant Allen and his Emergency Response Team (ERT).
Lang posted the following on X: Hey @elonmusk they are STILL HOLDING me & 20 other J6 Political Prisoners hostage inside the Washington DC Jail Gulag & WONT LET US LEAVE!!! I was swarmed & assaulted by prison officials including Lt. Allen & his Emergency Response Team (ERT) Thugs last night while sitting all packed up to leave!!!! Our were families are standing outside in below freezing 10° weather until 1am when they released 2 hostages, there are still 20 of us in here!!! Please help us rebuild our broken lives donation site is http://J6Rebuild.com & get us out of the Swamp Gulag – I’ve been here 4 years and 5 days WITHOUT A TRIAL!!!
Gateway Pundit reported: “Sources who were on the ground last night protesting until 1 am were told that the Metropolitan Police and DC Jail are refusing to release all of the hostages for fear the doors would be rushed and more protestors would need to clear out first.”
Only a few of the 1500 people hunted down by the FBI and jailed by the Department of Justice actually committed violent crimes on that day. Most of them simply walked into the Capitol building after police opened the doors. Others were caught up in what was not much more than pushing and shoving, apart from the shooting of Ashli Babbitt.
All of them however, were branded as violent insurrectionists seeking to overthrow the US government and treated as such by Democrat hanging judges and prison bosses. January 6th was in fact a number of events including prayer rallies and a protest called by President Trump over suspected election rigging.
One of the released prisoners who appeared on Gateway Pundit, a married man and father of two children, told of how a 33-strong FBI SWAT team and Homeland Security Investigations swooped on his home with an armoured vehicle and traumatized his family.
He was charged with assaulting police and given a 33-month jail sentence plus three years probation. The man told the court he put his hand on the policeman’s shoulder but the judge said it looked like assault.
The man was incarcerated with violent criminals including cartel members who were in control of prisoners. Upon his release he was lucky to have assistance leaving because he would have had to “answer to” the cartel bosses.
There are hundreds of stories of Americans hunted down and terrorized by officialdom for the alleged crime of walking into the US Capitol or getting roughed up in scuffles with police and/or provocateurs. The vast majority of those entering the Capitol did so after police opened the doors.
A public statement released by another prisoner read as follows: “Approximately 12p today, January 21st, 2025, I was told by guards I was being released. I was taken, with other J6ers, to be out processed. After 2 hours, having already called my Mom and girlfriend who were already outside the jail waiting, I was pulled aside and told I was NOT being released because of my conviction as the result of the Government’s illegal search warrant and framing of me. I was turned back by the US Marshals because of that Florida case.”
