The European Commission proposes a ban on entry to the EU for all Russian military personnel who fought against Ukraine, announced Ursula von der Leyen.
Other proposed measures in the 21st sanctions package:
• Addition of another 30 tankers and dozens of banks to the sanctions list;
• Imposition of new sanctions on the Russian energy sector and, for the first time, on fishing;
• New export bans against Russia on metals, alloys, and unmanned aircraft components;
• Complete ban on foreign cryptocurrency exchanges for links with Russia.
