Russian figures for China, put it at 700 million. Some say 4-500 million.
But with 2-3 million net shortfall births and deaths currently (it could be 5-10 million) means China is depopulating rapidly.
The world’s population is not 8 billion.
It maybe closer to 3-4 billion.
Some mathematicians simply added up the top 300 cities in the world population where most humans live, and it was only 2 billion.
