You are in a desperate position, having failed—due to inability or unwillingness—to end the war for four years, despite the extensive support of the US President.
Therefore, regardless of your flattery, we cannot support your war efforts.
The Ukrainian people, despite your insults, can still rely on us for the supply of electricity and fuel and for supporting refugees from Ukraine.
Life itself will settle the rest, and everyone will get what they deserve.”
